Michelle S. Photography

This photo is part of the low key series. Roberts eye is on the golden point, and his eyes are the main focus.
This photo is dramatic because Robert is looking right at the camera. Robert's eye is on or slightly near the golden point on the Rule of Thirds.

The negative space and the positive space are balanced. I composed the shot vertically.
This is a low key photo of  a ringed object. Here, the negative space is less distracting and the texture of the object is highlighted from the two soft boxes that were placed in the front on either side. Due to the lighting and the settings, the photo appears more grey which makes the negative space stands out.

For this photo the subject is a pine cone. Light was shined purposely on the right side to create a fading effect from right to left.
With Alysa looking away from the camera, it leaves you curious as to what she was looking at. Her eyes line up with the horizontal line of the Rule of  Thirds.

In this photo, it is dramatic as she is staring right into the camera. Her eyes also line up with the horizontal line of the Rule of Thirds.
